Overview
The Great Outdoors is an outdoor community celebration at Expo City Dubai, running across five spring weekends at Al Forsan and Jubilee Park, with inclusive recreation, e-mobility, food and family experiences, all ages, all appetites, all outside.
The Great Outdoors ran across five spring weekends at Expo City Dubai, and type A operated all of it: two parks, 5,000 guests a weekend, with crowd management, health and safety, accreditation, traffic and security spanning Al Forsan and Jubilee Park.
A recurring event has to be right every weekend, not just on opening day. We built one repeatable operation across both parks, so inclusive recreation, e-mobility and family zones ran identically from the first weekend to the fifth.
