Operations management is show time: everything that has to work while the audience is actually there, run from a control room by people who can make decisions without escalating.
The scope covers accreditation and guestlist management, traffic and parking management, transport solutions, security management, ticketing, housekeeping, guest relations and protocol, F&B management, festival payment solutions and POS, and customer service.
What this covers
Where we have done it
Operations run at different intensities:
BRED 2024
Yas Bay Waterfront, five days at 45,000 guests a day, with accreditation, traffic, security and guest operations running simultaneously.
Keinemusik
The official Abu Dhabi Grand Prix after-party, where guest protocol and access control matter more than raw headcount.
Ushuaïa Dubai
Dubai Harbour, a venue operation rather than a one-off build, with repeat show nights.
Common questions
Do you run the control room on the day?
Yes. Operations management means being on the ground running it, not producing a plan for someone else to run.
Can you handle accreditation for artists, media and VIPs?
Yes. Accreditation, credentialing and guestlist management cover artists, staff, suppliers, media and VIPs, which in practice are five different workflows with different lead times.
Do you take on ticketing and payments?
Both are in scope, including festival payment solutions and POS. They are operational systems as much as commercial ones, and they fail in operational ways.
