This is the physical event: the part that arrives on trucks and has to become a working site with power, water, drainage, connectivity and a way out.
type A runs logistics and build management, site infrastructure from cabins and tents to fencing solutions, generators and power infrastructure, IT and security systems, and ablution, water, sewage and waste management. Most of our sites are temporary builds in parks and public space, where nothing is already there.
What this covers
Where we have done it
Builds where the site itself was the hard part:
DAZ 2024
Al Ain Zoo, ten days, 50,000 guests. A festival built inside a working zoo, with all the constraints that implies.
DAZ 2026
Al Jahili Park, Al Ain, ten days, 80,000 guests, built in public parkland and returned to it afterwards.
Yas Winter Fest
A seasonal build on Yas Island running across weeks rather than days.
Common questions
Do you provide the infrastructure or just manage it?
Both are in scope. We manage the build and coordinate suppliers, and site infrastructure, fencing, power, water, sewage and waste are part of what we deliver rather than something handed to a third party to figure out.
Can you work in public parks and non-event venues?
Yes, and most of our work is exactly that. Al Ain Zoo, Al Jahili Park and Yas Bay Waterfront are not permanent event venues; they become one for the duration and then go back.
Does this include derig and making good?
Yes. Build management runs through to derig. On public land the state you leave the site in is part of the permission to use it again.
