Health and safety is the licence to operate. Without a safety case an authority will not permit the event, and without the discipline behind it the permit is only paperwork.
type A writes the event safety management plan, carries out the risk assessments behind it, and then holds the standard on the ground from first gate to last exit, including the parts that are easy to forget once the show starts: staff welfare, medical cover and fire systems.
What this covers
Where we have done it
Safety-critical operations across our portfolio include:
BRED 2023
Yas Bay Waterfront, five days, 30,000 guests moving between music, fashion, art, sport and gaming, with safety, accreditation, traffic and security coordinated as one system.
DAZ 2025
Al Jahili Park, ten days, 70,000 guests. A ten-day run changes the safety problem: fatigue, shift handover and consistency matter as much as the plan itself.
The Great Outdoors 2026
Expo City Dubai, an outdoor build where site infrastructure and safety planning are inseparable.
Common questions
Do you produce the event safety management plan?
Yes. The safety management plan, the risk assessments behind it and the emergency arrangements are written by us and carried through to delivery, rather than handed over as a document.
Do you handle liaison with UAE authorities?
Yes. Licensing, permits and authority liaison across UAE jurisdictions sit within our event project management scope and are run alongside the safety case, not separately from it.
Does this cover medical cover and staff welfare?
Both. Medical welfare and staff welfare are explicit parts of the scope. Crews work long builds and long show days, and welfare failures show up as safety failures.
